We are able to carry out data trawls of malfunctioning computer media to identify and extract just picture file formats such as JPEGs or JPGs ('jay-pegs'), BMPs (bitmaps) and TIFFs.

Once extracted, we can burn them to CD or DVD and return your precious memories to you as soon as possible.

In the majority of cases we will be able to provide your pictures in their native directory structure (where the files and directories retain their names), ready for you to copy back onto your new hard disk drive.

Remember, once you have your new system up and running ensure you back up regularly and test your back ups too or you may need another picture recovery!
